• Account information: name, email address, password hash, profile details, and role information you provide when registering or updating your account.
• Company and workspace content: companies you create, AI employee (bot) configurations, channels and messenger messages, missions, approvals, canvas boards, CRM records, documents, library assets, and other data you create or upload.
• Connector data: tokens, account identifiers, and related metadata when you connect third-party services (for example Google, Meta, email providers). Credentials and secrets are stored using secure practices and used only to provide the features you enable.
• Usage and technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, log data, and interaction events.
• Billing and credits: subscription status, payment metadata processed by our payment provider, and credit ledger entries (we do not store full payment card numbers).
• Communications: messages you send through our contact form or support channels.

ZeroCorp.ai includes AI assistants and AI employees (including "Zero" and bots you hire) that can read company context—such as messages, configurations, documents, and tool results—and respond or act in chat.

When you use AI features, relevant content from your workspace may be transmitted to third-party large language model and related AI providers for processing. Voice features may use speech providers when enabled.

AI outputs are generated automatically and are not reviewed by humans before delivery. Do not submit sensitive personal data, confidential business information, or regulated data unless you accept the risk of processing by third-party AI systems.

We may retain prompts, responses, tool traces, and related metadata for service operation, abuse prevention, quality improvement, and legal compliance, subject to our retention practices and applicable law.

We use collected information to:

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Authenticate users and enforce access controls, permissions, and approvals.
• Run AI employees, missions, connectors, and related automations you configure.
• Process subscriptions, credit grants, and billing.
• Send transactional emails (invites, notifications, security alerts).
• Respond to contact and support requests.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember preferences, and protect the Service. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may limit functionality.

We use trusted third-party services that may process your data on our behalf, including:

• Payment processing (Stripe).
• Email delivery (for example Resend or SMTP providers you or we configure).
• AI and speech services (for example OpenAI, Anthropic, ElevenLabs, and similar providers).
• Connected apps you authorize (for example Google Workspace, Meta Ads, Google Ads, calendars, and email), subject to your grants.
• Infrastructure and hosting providers.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers under contractual obligations, when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

When you connect third-party services or grant them to AI employees, those providers may receive data necessary to fulfill the requested actions under their own privacy policies.

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account subject to legal and operational requirements.

The Service is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
